Silver, Gold, Kraft and 100% Recycled White Envelope Labels 75¢-$1.50/sheet

Silver, Gold, Kraft and 100% Recycled White Envelope Labels 75¢-$1.50/sheet

Printing your return address on envelopes can be difficult to setup and feed, so we set out to find an easier and more elegant way of adding a return address. Using non-standard sized labels and adding vintage clip art gave us the look we wanted, and it also doubled as an envelope seal. Formal-Invitations.com offers unique 2.5″x1.5″ envelope labels in laser printer compatible silver and gold foil for $1.50 per sheet of 18, inkjet/laser compatible kraft brown ($1.25/18) and 100% recycled white (75¢/18) plus eight clip art books with cds  containing hundreds of elegant motifs to add to the envelope label, wedding invitations, favor, programs and throughout your wedding. The images shown in photo were from “1268 Old-Time Cuts and Ornaments” collection ($14 with book and scanned images on cd).

We highly recommend handwriting the addressee on the front of the envelope, instead of business-like (and cheap looking) standard or clear computer labels. Your wedding is a special event and personally taking the time to handwrite the addresses will convey this to your guests. Break up the task over a few days or enlist friends or family with nice handwriting to help out …it will be worth it! Also take a finished invitation sample to the post office to determine the correct postage and choose beautiful stamps.

New fine paper sashes for wedding invitations

New fine paper sashes for wedding invitations

These new sash embellishments from Formal-Invitations.com are used to create unique sash wedding invitations by wrapping an exquisite fine paper band around a printed overlay card, layered on top of a heavyweight colored background card. Sashes are pre-cut and include a super adhesive glue dot to fasten for only $12 per pack of 25.

The beautiful Robin’s Egg sash, is hand screen-printed with a new hi-tech process combining pigment colors, metallic inks and foil.

Stunning textured Ginkgo sashes contain silk-screened fans in a frosted pearl-like metallic lavender wave throughout the paper, like windblown ginkgo leaves dangling from a tree. A raised, suede-like flocking outlines each fan in a rich, deep black.

Exotic Zebra sashes are made from a woodgrain pattern that takes on a zebra-like quality when presented in black and white. A subtle veined background of lighter greys add to the dimension of this paper.

Jeweled flower brads for wedding invitations

Instyle magazine featured up-to-the-minute luxury watches with eye-popping gems. We were inspired with the jeweled floral designs and used decorative jewel brads combined with embossed paper flowers as perfect accent for wedding invitations, wedding favors and place cards. The jewel brads, available in twelve colors (Amethyst, Aquamarine, Citrine, Diamond, Emerald, Pearl, Peridot, Rose Quartz, Ruby, Sapphire, Tourmaline and Zircon) are an affordable $4 per pack of 25 and the embossed petals are $6 per pack of 25 from Formal-Invitations.com. Forget icy silver, it’s rich warm gold for the season as Instyle magazine featured. We think gold is the perfect accessory for your wedding and found these gorgeous bags starting at $5 per dozen and round ring boxes as low as 30¢ from JewerlySupply.com that would make elegant favors filled with wrapped gold premium chocolates.

Exclusive Charm Hangers

September 12, 2008

Our mini charms have been very popular item, as they are a great way to personalize your wedding invitations. A white wire was used to attach the charm, then a sheer ribbon bow tie was made to complete the look and hide the wire. These charm and bow invitations were not difficult to assemble, but took some time. We have been working on finding a better way to attach the mini charms for literally years and could not find a good solution. This year we have been working with a manufacturer in the US to make a cost-effective part for us that we could use to hang the charm and attach using a mini brad. After much trial and error, our exclusive “charm hanger” is now available. To keep costs down the hangers are shipped flat and need to be bent (we recommend bending them all at once with pliers). After that, it is simply punching a hole in the invitation, hanging the charm and slipping a mini brad through the charm hanger loop, and fasten…MUCH easier! We also switched to white satin pre-tied bows that we attach with our glue dots for further time savings. The brass mini charms are $6 (silver plated are $7) per pack of 25 and include our charm hangers. Our mini brads, available in white, silver or brass are sold separately for $2 per packs of 25.
