We found this gorgeous ring at BrilliantEarth.com, which offers conflict free fine jewelry from ethical sources. Beautiful and earth-friendly, which of course we love. Our own leaf imprint wedding invitations are tree-free, made from recycled cotton rags. The leaf imprint is created using marigosa tree twigs and leaves which are placed between two sheets, then passed through a pressing machine. The pressure on the sheets crushes the leaves, which are then removed, reavealing a uniquely beautiful imprint, no two are alike. This process requires no chemicals of any kind and the imprint is the color extract of the leaves themselves …natural color in its purest form.
